Door-to-Door Delivery:


We provide door-to-door delivery for selected areas in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.


  1. Same-Day Free Delivery (KL, PJ & Klang Valley)
  2. Within 20km from Kepong area
  3. Subject to delivery slot availability
  4. To check if your address is within our 20km free delivery zone, simply measure the distance on Google Maps using postcode 52100 as the starting point.
  5. Extended Delivery Zone (20–35km)
  6. Areas covered: Klang, Putrajaya, Rawang, Kajang
  7. Charges: RM45 per trip
  8. Time slots available:
  9. Mondays–Fridays: 10am – 5pm
  10. Public Holidays: 10am – 2pm (subject to availability)
  11. Saturday not available


⚠️ Please allow a 30–60 minute grace period due to potential traffic or weather conditions.



Outbound Areas (35km >)

For areas beyond 35km, we deliver via courier service.

  1. Charges: RM12 – RM25 depending on parcel size
  2. Shipping time: 2–3 working days (orders made before 8pm ship out same day)



Urgent Delivery:


Need a hamper immediately after our 5pm cut-off?

Summary :


  1. Same-day delivery cut-off: 2pm
  2. Operating hours:
  3. Mon–Fri: 8.30am – 6pm
  4. Sun: 9am – 5pm
  5. If no one is available at delivery address:
  6. We will contact recipient/sender to confirm if the parcel can be left at doorstep, guard house, reception, or with a neighbor.
  7. Re-deliveries/re-routing will incur additional charges.
